Unique conference designed to empower, excite and energize parents
ORLANDO, FL---With the 2008-2009 school year about to commence, Ali Iorio, M.Ed., feels there is no better time to emphasize that “involved parenting is the key to a child’s success in school and in life.”
So much so that she’s organized and assembled a roster of noted educators and authors to speak:
K-12 Parenting Conference & Expo
Saturday, September 20
from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at
Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee.
“Our job as parents is to equip our children with the best possible chance of succeeding in school
and in life,” said Iorio, author, parent and award-winning educator at the elementary, middle school
and college levels for more than 25 years in Florida, Pennsylvania and Hawaii.
“This conference is designed to empower, excite and energize parents with a can-do attitude,
and to provide them with a better understanding of how important their role is in the educational
process of their children,” explained Iorio, founder and president of I On Education, Inc., an

County to stage the one-day conference and expo which is the first of its kind in Central Florida.
